Guidelines for companies

1. In a personal assessment interview we define both level of knowledge and also the subject focus and the potential target of each individual learner. These level checks are free of charge.
2. If larger numbers of learner groups need to be created, we make corresponding suggestions. While doing this we pay attention to both the level of knowledge and also the desired course content. We normally recommend a maximum of 8 participants.
3. The choice of trainer depends on the topic to be trained. We take into account the specialisation of individual trainers. Your wishes regarding the timing of courses is also taken into consideration. You can choose course times between 7:30 and 20:00. In individual cases training can take place at the weekend. Prior to the commencement of training you receive a compact trainer profile of the trainer we suggest for the training.
4. Training can take place in-house (in your premises) and also at our institute in Heidelberg.
5. Based on your targets for the language qualification we offer a suggestion regarding the duration of training. However, the final decision is in your hands. You don’t need to sign any long-term contract with us.
6. The teaching material is adapted to the subject guidelines and the needs of the participants. Our trainers appreciate a lively learning atmosphere. In the meetings only the target language is spoken. You can certainly bring and integrate correspondence from your working environment into the training. This helps to make the learning situation more realistic.
7. We take special care that the training runs smoothly. It goes without saying that course participants can speak to us at any time if they have postponements or need other changes.
8. For quality control we have developed a special feedback system which we present to you in a personal discussion.
9. At the end of the course participants receive an attendance certificate from com.be.nations. If they wish, learners can also sit an official test of the LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
10. For participants who have completed their language qualification we offer open communication courses in business and conversational English in our offices in Heidelberg. This enables learners to maintain and build on their level of English. For individuals you can do this business conversation with a specialist trainer and coach by SKYPE.
